What is our returns policy?

Changed your mind? No problem. Our returns policy means you can return an item within 14 days of when you received it. If the item is unused, in re-saleable condition, in its original packaging, and is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer an exchange or a full refund.

Cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Regulations”), if you are contracting with us as a consumer online, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods or services you ordered. For example, if you receive your order on a Wednesday, you have 14 days from Thursday to notify us of your cancellation.

If you have made a purchase through our Website and have paid for delivery but wish to return the full order by post you are entitled to a refund on the outbound delivery charge originally paid, within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please note that the delivery charge refund will be the equivalent value of standard delivery. The cost of returning any goods is borne by the customer. Please note personalised goods cannot be returned unless the goods or the personalisation of those goods are faulty or defective.

Goods must be returned intact, unused and undamaged, in original packaging and with the bar-code labels and any other seals that are part of them. Items must in a re-saleable condition. It is not possible to reimburse customers for goods that are returned soiled, damaged, incomplete or ruined.

On return of the product, Notebook Mentor will check that the return product meets with the terms and conditions expressed above.

If the right to return the product is agreed and exercised as per the terms and conditions of this policy, Notebook Mentor will refund the customer any amounts received for the purchase of the goods.
Whatever methods of payment used by the Customer, Notebook Mentor shall arrange for the refund in as expedient a time as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which Notebook Mentor was informed of the exercise of the right to withdraw, having checked compliance with the withdrawal procedure and the returned goods.

Notebook Mentor will generally refund the amount using the same method of payment used by the customer purchasing the products. If the debit or credit card has expired, is about to expire or is stolen, please contact us at info@notebookmentor.com

Refunds for orders cancelled under the Regulations will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights. This is not intended to be a full statement of your rights under the Regulations. Full details of your rights are available from a Citizen’s Advice Bureau or a Local Authority Trading Standards Office.

Damaged or faulty product

As a customer of Notebook Mentor we want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. We aim to ensure that all products delivered to you are undamaged and of the highest quality.

The Consumer Rights Act gives you the statutory right to return something and get your money back, if the product is faulty. You have the legal right to a refund if you return your faulty goods to us within 30 days of receiving them. We recommend you evidence the damage or fault as soon as it is discovered and email us at returns@notebookmentor.com addressing your email as ‘Damaged’ or ‘Faulty Product’. If the product is found to be faulty 30 days after the date on which they were received, please contact us as above.

Order Processing
How long does it take to process an order?

Once your order has been placed it may take up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. For orders received over the weekend, processing and dispatching will commence from the first working day thereafter.

Please enter all orders in English language, this is to avoid delays with your order and ensure that we can delivery your item efficiently to you.

Can I cancel my order?

If you are ordering with us as a consumer online, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods or services you ordered. Please view our website Returns Policy.

Can I add an additional item to my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are unable to change it. We appreciate that sometimes you may wish to order other items. If you would like to do this, we recommend placing a separate order.
What are our payment methods?
Notebook mentor currently accepts most bank debit and credit cards for payment purposes.
Delivery & Shipping
Are postal costs included in the price of Notebook Mentor products?
No, postal charges are additional to the price of Notebook Mentor products and are borne by the customer.
What are the UK Delivery and Postal charge options?
All of our notebooks are sent out via Royal Mail’s 2nd Class service and is calculated automatically, based upon your order.
Can I track delivery of my Notebook Mentor package?
As all notebooks are sent out via Royal Mail’s 2nd Class service, the deliveries are not yet trackable. We are working hard to bring you trackable options in the near future.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please enter your international address at checkout.

International delivery will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post and notwithstanding customs delays, normally takes 7-14 days. Please note any customs or import taxes are liable locally by the purchasing customer.

What if the product I receive is damaged or faulty?
If you receive a damaged or faulty product please do get in touch. We aim to ensure that all our Notebook Mentor products arrive in pristine condition.

Does Notebook Mentor cover the transit cost of returned product?

No, unfortunately Notebook Mentor does not cover the costs of product returns. The cost of postage on the returned item/s is to be covered by the customer.
